Common Issues

Solutions for the most frequently reported problems with polarity.top products.

Loader Won't Open

• Antivirus blocking - Add an exclusion or temporarily disable AV. See Installation.
• Missing admin rights - Right-click → Run as administrator.
• Corrupt download - Re-download from Downloads and extract again.
• Outdated build - Check Status for UPDATING state and wait for new build.

Invalid or Expired License Key

• Ensure you are logged into the account that purchased the key
• Copy the key exactly - no extra spaces
• Check expiry on your dashboard
• Crypto payments still pending? Wait 1–5 minutes and refresh

Injection Failed

• Close the game and all anti-cheat background processes
• Restart PC and try loader-first, then game
• Verify Windows version is 10 or 11 64-bit
• Disable conflicting software (other cheats, overlay tools, faceit/vanguard tray apps)
• For Valorant: ensure Vanguard is running and product status is UNDETECTED

Game Crashes on Inject or In-Game

• Update to the latest loader build
• Lower feature intensity (disable rainbow ESP, reduce FOV changer extremes)
• Do not inject while game is on main menu loading screen - wait for lobby or match
• Check Discord announcements for known issues after game updates

Menu Not Showing

• Press the default menu key: INSERT, HOME, or DELETE (varies by product)
• Run game in borderless or windowed mode if fullscreen blocks overlay
• Confirm injection succeeded (loader should show success message)

Vanguard / Valorant Specific

• Do not run with Vanguard disabled - internal requires Vanguard active
• After Windows updates, restart before injecting
• If TPM/Secure Boot errors appear, they are unrelated to the cheat - fix Windows settings first
• Never inject when status shows DETECTED or UPDATING

Temp Spoofer Issues

• Restart PC after spoofing before launching the game
• Run spoofer as admin before the game, not after a ban in-session
• Re-spoof if you changed hardware or updated BIOS
